The LSTM hosted a two-day workshop on Efficient Power Electronics Cooling on March 3–4, 2026, in Erlangen. The event was organized in collaboration with Cluster Leistungselektronik im ECPE e.V. and brought together participants from academia and industry.
The program covered advanced cooling strategies, including single- and two-phase approaches, CFD-based simulation and optimization, and modern measurement techniques. Through workshops, live demonstrations, and laboratory sessions, participants gained practical insights into current challenges and solutions in the thermal management of power electronic systems.
The workshop also provided a platform for exchange and networking, highlighting future directions in cooling technologies and system optimization.
